This picture touch my heart and every word in this picture is very true.

We have two choices in our life, either we can treat our self as a victim and always dwell there or take a responsibility for our life and allow us to heal.

And trust me when you allow to heal yourself, you become more happy and strong person.

People says that broken heart can not be healed but this is not true.
We need to see the root cause of that breakup. First of all, Our heart has been broken because we need to learn something which we are not able to learn. Then divine power decided to teach us that lesson in a hard way. No one but we are own responsible for this and there is no shame to accept this fact.

Few of us learn the lesson and allow ourselves to heal but most of us always see ourselves as a victim, blame other for our loss, our unhappiness, suppress our emotions and even not willing to accept any help.

We will have to understand that suppressing emotion is not going to help you. It is Ok to ask help, show vulnerability , and show your weakness. It does not matter what people think about you or how they react if you show them your weakness.

I read somewhere that we should be like a child “Express our emotion and feel relief”. They don’t care what people think about them. They just cry and relive themselves instantly.

This is the way we can fill our vacuum and heal ourselves.

However, it does not mean that you have to show your vulnerability in front of all or all the time. You can share your emotions with your partner, friends, family, someone whom you can trust or you can take expert help.

But the most important thing that let allow yourself to heal and take responsibility to your own life.

Love and cherish yourself and allow people to love you.

Last but not least, trust on divine, and your own self-conscious, because it can not mislead you. 🙂
